1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vip8 website accessible at vip8.asia, including all subpages, services, games, betting markets, payment functions and customer support systems operated by or on behalf of vip8.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access the Platform and its services.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to separate bonus terms and wagering conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager from their real-money or bonus balance before a withdrawal request is eligible for processing, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which vip8 confirms a Player's identity, age and payment details before processing withdrawals or at any point vip8 deems necessary.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action described in Section 9 of these Terms that vip8 considers abusive, fraudulent, dishonest or contrary to the integrity of the Platform.
• "Taka" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the sole transactional currency of the Platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the vip8 Platform, by clicking any "I Agree", "Register" or equivalent acceptance mechanism, or by continuing to use the Platform after any update to these Terms has been published, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you hold an Account, contact support to arrange closure of that Account and withdrawal of any remaining eligible Balance.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser or application used to access the Platform, and regardless of whether the Player accesses the Platform from a mobile device, desktop computer or any other internet-connected device.

3 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the vip8 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. vip8 operates a strict minimum age policy of 21+ for all Players. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately and any Balance returned to the originating payment method.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy or nominee for any other person in connection with your Account or any transaction on the Platform.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or access.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of vip8 or any of its affiliated game providers.

4 Account Registration

To access the real-money features of the vip8 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

Each individual may hold only one Account on vip8. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds held therein.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. vip8 will never contact you requesting your password by any channel.

• Account registration requires provision of a valid mobile number and, where applicable, a bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay number linked to your identity for payment processing.
• vip8 reserves the right to request identity documents (national ID, passport, driver's licence) and proof of payment method at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Accounts that remain unverified beyond the period specified in the KYC notice will be temporarily restricted from withdrawals until verification is completed.
• vip8 may decline any registration application or suspend any Account without providing a reason, at its sole discretion.

5 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the vip8 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and other payment methods listed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation of receipt by vip8's payment processing system. Standard processing times are under 60 seconds for mobile banking methods including bKash and Nagad. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• vip8 reserves the right to request evidence that the payment method belongs to you before crediting or releasing funds.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to your Account will be refunded to the originating payment method net of any applicable transaction fees imposed by the payment provider.
• vip8 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency transfers or payments via unrecognised or unverified third-party channels.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the Withdrawal section of your Account. All withdrawals are paid in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) to a payment account verified as belonging to you.

Before a withdrawal is processed, vip8 may require the following conditions to be satisfied:

• Your Account KYC verification is complete and your identity has been confirmed to vip8's satisfaction.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds that have contributed to the withdrawal amount have been fully met.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your verified real-money Balance after deducting any Bonus Funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement.
• There are no outstanding security reviews, fraud investigations or disputes associated with your Account.

Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes of approval for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfers may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution. vip8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

vip8 reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits per transaction or per rolling period, which will be communicated within the Account dashboard. Any withdrawal request that exceeds these limits will be processed in instalments at vip8's discretion.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

vip8 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, tournament prizes, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid or Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions on vip8 include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible verified Account holders only. vip8 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any time, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Attempting to withdraw a Balance that includes unwagered Bonus Funds will result in the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings being forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.
• vip8 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not prejudice Players who are mid-way through meeting the applicable wagering requirement at the time of the change.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to bonus stacking, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and exploitation of errors or system faults — will result in forfeiture of all associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on the vip8 Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, game type or game provider in addition to these Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific game or event rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the specific rules state otherwise.

• Bets are accepted and confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation from the Platform. Bets that are not confirmed due to network interruption, session timeout or system error are not valid and will not be settled.
• vip8 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were displayed in error, where a system fault resulted in incorrect pricing, or where the event has been determined to be manipulated or corrupt by the relevant governing body.
• Cricket betting markets on vip8 cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series. Market-specific rules including rain rules, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applications and abandonment policies apply as specified per market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Stakes outside these limits will not be accepted by the Platform.
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. vip8 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting at any time without notice, particularly during match stoppages, reviews or official delays.
• All game outcomes on vip8 are determined by certified random number generators from licensed providers. No outcome is predetermined, manipulated or influenced by vip8 or its staff.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vip8 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification or in any communication with vip8.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform without explicit written authorisation from vip8.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, system faults or any unintended Platform behaviour to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet or tournament on the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, financial crime or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Depositing funds from payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained unlawfully.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy or other anonymisation service in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or account controls.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing vip8 staff, support agents or other Players in any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

vip8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. If gambling ceases to be entertaining and begins to cause financial, personal or psychological harm, vip8 encourages Players to make use of the tools available and to seek support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders through the Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each play session. A notification is issued at the time limit and the session is ended if the limit is not extended.
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic reminders of time spent on the Platform during an active session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted via live chat or email are honoured within one hour of receipt and are irrevocable for the selected period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Request a short-term break from the Platform of between 24 hours and 6 weeks without permanent Account closure.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the vip8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, data compilations and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of vip8 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Any right to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, publicly display, transmit or create derivative works from any Platform content without vip8's prior written consent.
• Any right to scrape, harvest or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated or manual means.
• Any right to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Any right to use the vip8 brand name, logo or trademarks in any way that implies endorsement, affiliation or association without express written permission.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi is owned by the respective provider and is subject to that provider's intellectual property rights. vip8 acts as a licensed distributor of such content and does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip8 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including:

• Any loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions or errors in bet placement.
• Interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any part of it, whether due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party infrastructure outage or any other cause.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or banking institutions.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected under the applicable game provider's rules.

vip8's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money Balance held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. vip8 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.

13 Amendments to These Terms

vip8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When a material change is made, vip8 will provide notice by one or more of the following methods: a notice displayed on the Platform homepage, an in-account notification, or an email to the address registered on your Account.

The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the "Last Updated" header at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

vip8 will not apply amendments retrospectively to bets already placed and confirmed, or to withdrawal requests already submitted and awaiting processing at the time the amendment takes effect.

14 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the internal operating policies of vip8. vip8 operates as a safe and reliable platform and does not make representations about the specific jurisdictional applicability of these Terms beyond what is stated herein.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result or account transaction, you must submit a formal dispute to vip8 support within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. vip8 will aim to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receipt of a complete written complaint.

vip8's decision on any dispute regarding game outcomes, where those outcomes have been verified by the relevant certified game provider, is final. For all other disputes, vip8 will apply its internal dispute resolution policy fairly and in good faith.
